To provide athletes from youth sports to professionals with holistic growth and development opportunities to ensure success beyond the sport. Through research-based programming and services, we prioritize the person over the player to promote personal fulfillment and achievement.

Our method includes three pillars of holistic athlete development:

Our Founder

Jonathan Orr
Founder and Executive Director

Former Professional Football Player, Author of Game's Over Life's Not: The Athlete's Guide For Transitioning

After a successful college career at the University of Wisconsin and two NFL seasons with the Tennessee Titans and Oakland Raiders, Orr experienced a difficult transition into life after sports. That challenging season of his life inspired the 2014 creation of Athlete Transition Services (ATS). Orr is committed to helping every athlete proactively prepare for life after sports. His purpose is to make the transition manageable (and even exciting) for all those who come after him.
